China's new home prices in March fell by 2.2% year-on-year, according to the National Bureau of Statistics of China. This not only represents a larger decline compared to the previous month (-1.4%) but also marks the ninth consecutive month of decline.
Since July last year (-0.1%), China's new home prices have been retreating, with declines of -0.2% in November, -0.4% in December, -0.7% in January this year, and -1.4% in February, gradually increasing the rate of decline.
