Law firm Daeryun (Chief Attorney Jeong Chan-woo) has relocated its headquarters to Yeouido and is attempting to transform into a corporate-focused law firm. On the 15th, Daeryun held an opening ceremony at its headquarters on the 35th floor of Park One Tower 1 in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu.

Founded in Changwon, Gyeongnam in 2018, Daeryun moved its headquarters to Yeouido after locations in Samseong-dong and Yongsan, Seoul. According to Daeryun, as of April, approximately 210 Korean lawyers are affiliated, reflecting rapid growth. It has 38 branch offices nationwide, with about 70 lawyers based in the Seoul office.

Daeryun is considered a representative network law firm. A network law firm refers to a new type of law firm that operates branch offices nationwide, collaborates organically, and actively utilizes online advertising. They mainly handle individual cases.

It is unusual for a network law firm, or any law firm with branch offices nationwide, to open a branch in Yeouido.

Jeong Chan-woo (42, 8th bar exam), the chief attorney, explained, "This is an effort to transition into a law firm that provides corporate-centered legal services." Kim Guk-il (56, Judicial Research and Training Institute class 24), who gave the welcoming speech, said, "We are striving to leap forward as a global law firm by promoting the establishment of overseas branches in countries such as Japan and the United States."
