Support for Job Matching and Recruitment for Companies and Local Residents

Gokseong-gun, Jeollanam-do announced that it is operating the 'Gokseong-gun Ilhajap (JOB) Center' to establish a one-stop job system within the region.

Located on the second floor of the building at 25 Bibileondeok, Gokseong-eup, the Ilhajap (JOB) Center provides recruitment consultation and job posting services for companies, and offers job search consultation and application services for local residents.

So far, the center has received a total of 106 job postings and 186 job applications, successfully facilitating 127 job placements.

Starting in 2024, through the 'First Visiting Ilhajap (JOB) Mobile Counseling Office' program, the center will directly provide employment support to residents in the Gokseong, Okwa, and Seokgok areas. It supports citizens' employment activities through various programs such as special lectures on employment and entrepreneurship, industrial site visits, resume and self-introduction writing clinics, interview clinics and accompaniment services, and interview suit rentals.

Additionally, if there is a request from groups of five or more, the center visits the area to provide customized employment and entrepreneurship services.

A county official stated, "The Ilhajap (JOB) Center will continue to do its best to contribute to the local economy and improve employment rates."
