In the domestic real estate market, residential complexes with well-established 'transportation' environments have become steady-seller products preferred by both actual users and investors. Convenient transportation attracts people and often leads to the development of representative residential belts equipped with various living infrastructures. Additionally, as time passes, these areas are more likely to see apartment price increases, which is why most regional landmarks are located in places with convenient transportation.


This trend is also reflected in various surveys and research. In a survey on 'Consumer Perceptions of Home Ownership' conducted by Real Estate R114 with 5,046 adults nationwide, transportation environment ranked second (25.13%) after education (29.73%) as the most important factor when choosing a living space.


Furthermore, in a survey titled 'Expectations for National Land/Housing and Real Estate Policies' conducted by the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements with 2,000 general citizens, 'Expansion of Transportation Facility Supply' was identified as the most important item in national transportation infrastructure investment, with 44.8%. This reflects the reality that areas lacking transportation infrastructure tend to have inconvenient daily life and slower regional development.


An industry insider stated, "Areas with excellent transportation environments have abundant housing demand, resulting in higher future values such as apartment price increases," and advised, "When choosing newly built apartments, it is best to carefully examine the surrounding transportation."


In Cheonan, the transportation hub of the nation, interest is growing as an apartment project in the Jiksan Station living area, equipped with a well-connected transportation environment, is being promoted.


In the Jiksan Sam-eun District of Cheonan City, 'Jiksan Prime Mark Summit' will open its promotional center on April 19 and begin recruiting union members in earnest. This is a mini-new town-scale urban development project nearing 3,500 households across three blocks: Block 1 with 933 units (exclusive area 74~104㎡), Block 2 with 1,271 units (exclusive area 74~104㎡), and Block 3 with 1,279 units (exclusive area 74~104㎡).


Block 3, which will start recruiting union members in April, consists of 11 buildings ranging from three basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, totaling 1,279 households. It plans to offer highly preferred 74㎡ and 84㎡ types along with penthouses (in some units).


The project site is within walking distance to Jiksan Station on Line 1, and through KTX Cheonan-Asan Station, it takes about 40 minutes to Seoul. Taking the SRT allows travel to Suseo Station in about 30 minutes, providing a well-established metropolitan transportation network. Additionally, it is adjacent to the Buk-Cheonan IC on the Gyeongbu Expressway and National Road No. 1, with transportation network improvements such as the planned Seowoon and Ipjang ICs and the Seobuk~Seonggeo National Road Alternative Bypass underway.


The convenient transportation environment also greatly aids commuting to industrial complexes within a 10km radius of the project site. Nearby are Cheonan Technopark Industrial Complex, Cheonan Industrial Technology General Complex, and Samsung SDI. The 'Cheonan Future Mobility' national industrial complex, recently selected as a new national industrial complex, is expected to become a key area creating future economic opportunities for Cheonan.


The apartments are designed with a south-facing layout to maximize sunlight, ventilation, and views, securing abundant sunlight rights. Specialized floor plans include alpha rooms, dressing rooms, and penthouses. The community facilities will include a fitness club, GX room, two screen golf locations, an on-site caf?, guest house, and a small library.


The promotional center for 'Jiksan Prime Mark Summit' is scheduled to open on the 19th.
