Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, has published a guidebook titled "Seo-gu Welfare at a Glance," which organizes various welfare information by life cycle in an easy-to-understand manner.
This publication project was promoted to comprehensively guide all welfare services that residents can benefit from and to identify welfare blind spots.
The guidebook contains 191 pieces of customized health and welfare service information tailored to each life stage from birth through infancy, childhood, adolescence, and old age. It includes 11 fields: ▲ Realization of Welfare Community ▲ Basic Livelihood Security System ▲ Smart Integrated Care ▲ Senior Welfare ▲ Disability Welfare ▲ Self-Support Assistance ▲ Women, Children, and Youth ▲ Educational Welfare ▲ Health and Medical Welfare ▲ Job Support ▲ Culture and Sports Welfare, as well as the status of social welfare facilities in Seo-gu.
Seo-gu plans to place the guidebook at 18 administrative welfare centers in the district, social welfare organizations, and related institutions so that any local resident can use it.
Song Kyung-ae, Director of the Welfare Policy Division, said on the 15th, "Through the 'Seo-gu Welfare at a Glance' booklet, we hope that all Seo-gu residents can easily access various welfare services and receive the necessary support."
