Heerim Architects & Planners announced on the 15th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for strategic cooperation on projects in Vietnam and overseas with Coteccons, the largest construction company in Vietnam, and the design firm PMI.

Coteccons is a construction company headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and has successfully completed projects including 'Landmark 81,' the tallest building in Vietnam. It has established overseas subsidiaries and branches across Southeast Asia, including Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Indonesia.
Heerim and Coteccons will collaborate as global business partners on various architectural and infrastructure projects each company is pursuing.
A representative from Heerim stated, "We expect to generate significant synergy in the architectural and infrastructure sectors in the Southeast Asian market, including Vietnam. Based on the technological capabilities and expertise of both companies, we will successfully complete the projects currently underway and use this as a foothold to continuously secure overseas markets."
