Talent Bank announced on the 15th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korea Job Competency Evaluation Institute (hereinafter referred to as KJCEI) to “activate expert network services and recruitment solutions.”
This agreement ceremony was held to promote various joint projects and marketing by linking Talent Bank’s vast expert network with KJCEI’s differentiated recruitment solutions. The ceremony, held at the Hunet Campus in Guro-gu, Seoul, was attended by representatives from both companies, including Kim Min-gyun, CEO of Talent Bank, and Woo Won-sik, CEO of KJCEI.

Talent Bank is an Expert Network Service (ENS) company that provides experts in forms needed by corporate clients such as consulting, talent recommendation, and seminars, based on a verified pool of 18,000 experts. KJCEI is an HR tech company that develops and supplies evaluation solutions necessary for the recruitment process, recruitment management solutions (ATS, Applicant Tracking System), and non-face-to-face cheating prevention solutions.
According to this agreement, the two companies will promote ▲ joint marketing of recruitment solutions ▲ joint utilization of HR consulting experts ▲ advancement of talent recruitment services ▲ hosting joint seminars. In addition, they plan to develop various businesses combining their HR expert pools and HR tech solutions for corporate clients.
A Talent Bank representative said, “Through the partnership with KJCEI, we expect to provide more advanced expert network services and HR tech solutions to corporate clients, while also offering various opportunities to Talent Bank experts.”
