Hana Bank Opens Relocated Branch at Incheon International Airport

Hana Bank announced on the 15th that it held an opening ceremony for the relocation of its Incheon International Airport branch at Terminal 1 of Incheon International Airport.

Hana Bank currently operates a branch at Terminal 1 and a sub-branch at Terminal 2 of Incheon International Airport. With this relocation, the branch previously located on the B1 floor of Terminal 1 has moved to the 2nd floor.

Since the opening of Incheon International Airport in 2001, Hana Bank has been the only bank to operate alongside the airport. The Incheon International Airport branch features a design utilizing a giant facade in Hana Bank’s signature “Hana Green Color” on the front of the store to help airport users easily and quickly find the location. Additionally, unmanned currency exchange machines and high-function unmanned automated machines (STM) have been installed.

Along with this relocation, a dedicated counter for Korean Air flight attendants has been established at the sub-branch located in Terminal 2 of Incheon International Airport. This provides customized financial services for flight attendants managing busy flight schedules.

At the event, Lee Hak-jae, President of Incheon International Airport Corporation, said, “I am very much looking forward to the new decade that Hana Bank, Asia’s top foreign exchange specialist bank, and Incheon International Airport will create together.”

Ham Young-joo, Chairman of Hana Financial Group, stated, “As the nation’s leading foreign exchange specialist bank, Hana Bank will do its utmost to provide the best financial services to airport users and airport staff.”
