Hanwha Investment & Securities, 'VA Lab Service' Cumulative Sales Surpass 100 Billion KRW

Hanwha Investment & Securities announced on the 15th that the cumulative sales of its 'VA Lab Service,' which operates with a value averaging trading strategy by selecting representative domestic and international stocks, have surpassed 100 billion KRW.

Since the VA Lab Service exceeded cumulative sales of 50 billion KRW in August last year, the amount has doubled in just eight months, attracting significant interest from investors. Hanwha Investment & Securities operates various portfolios, starting with the 'US Stock VA Lab,' which invests in leading US stocks and financial and semiconductor portfolios, followed by 'Korean Stock VA Lab,' 'Korean Stock VA Lab_K Semiconductor,' and 'Korean Stock VA Lab_K Battery.' Recently, they introduced the 'Korean Stock VA Lab_K Value Up,' which selects undervalued stocks expected to enhance corporate value and shareholder returns, providing diverse portfolios aligned with market trends.

The VA Lab Service employs a value averaging (VA) method using Maximum Drawdown (MDD), which measures the maximum decline from the previous peak price, to lower the average purchase price and sell at high points to pursue profits. Additionally, it enables quick response to market changes through risk management utilizing cash liquidity, with experts continuously managing returns and volatility, which is a key strength.
