Changbi Offers Free Rental of 3 E-Books Commemorating the 10th Anniversary of the Sewol Ferry Disaster

Book Talk Also Held on the 16th at Changbi Seogyo Building

Changbi announced that it will offer free rentals of three e-books to mark the 10th anniversary of the Sewol Ferry disaster: "Come Back on Friday (2015)," "Spring Will Come Again (2016)," and "That Day Knocked on Our Window (2019)."

The three free rental books were written by the Sewol Ferry Disaster Writers' Record Group. "Come Back on Friday" depicts the pain of bereaved parents, "Spring Will Come Again" tells the stories of surviving students and their siblings, and "That Day Knocked on Our Window" reflects on the problems revealed in Korean society through the Sewol Ferry disaster.

These three e-books will be available for free rental for one week from April 12 to April 18 at major online bookstores such as Aladin, Yes24, Kyobo Bookstore, and Ridibooks.

Changbi also announced that, together with Ondapress, it will hold a book talk on the 16th at the 50th Anniversary Hall on the second basement floor of the Changbi Seogyo Building to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Sewol Ferry disaster. Writers Yoo Hae-jung and Park Hee-jung from the Sewol Ferry Disaster Writers' Record Group, along with poet Kim Hyun from the 304 Reading Meeting, will participate.

These participants contributed to the writing of the three books available for free rental this time, and in March of this year, they compiled "520 Fridays," "Facing Spring and Walking Ten Years," and "From Person to Person, Continuing People's Words," which capture the history of the past ten years.
