Jeong Dohee, Chairman of Cheonan City Council, Special Lecture Invited by Consumer Information University

Jeong Do-hee, Chairman of the Cheonan City Council, gave a special lecture on "Future Development Strategies for Cheonan City" at the 1st Consumer Information University organized by the Consumer Citizens' Association.

At the special lecture held at the 1st Consumer Information University hosted by the Consumer Lifelong Education Institute affiliated with the Chungcheongnam-do branch, Chairman Jeong presented the vision of the Cheonan City Council to create a Cheonan where one million people can live comfortably.

Chairman Jeong Do-hee stated, “Despite the nationwide risk of local extinction, Cheonan's population is continuing to increase slightly, and a noteworthy point is that the population and number of households in Dongnam-gu are increasing,” adding, “This is an important point that proves the gradual resolution of regional imbalance between the east and west due to the effects of urban regeneration projects focused on the original downtown area of Dongnam-gu.”
