Asan City Listens to Difficulties of Companies in 5 Industrial Complexes

Deputy Mayor Jo Il-gyo to Visit Leading Companies in 5 Industrial Complexes by the 23rd

Jo Il-gyo, Vice Mayor of Asan City, is heading to the field to address the difficulties and challenges faced by companies located in the local industrial complexes.

According to the city, since the 11th, Vice Mayor Jo has been visiting representative companies in five local industrial complexes, starting with a visit to KNJ Co., Ltd. in the Asan Smart Valley General Industrial Complex in Eumbong, and will continue until the 23rd.

At the visit, Shim Ho-seop, CEO of KNJ Co., Ltd. and chairman of the Asan Smart Valley Tenant Companies Association, along with Vice Presidents Kyung Hwi-seon and Won Jong-hwa, attended to discuss the development direction of the industrial complex and corporate difficulties.

In particular, in-depth discussions were held on various current issues, including improving residential conditions, city-linked worker recruitment plans, expedited administrative processing, and road expansion.

CEO Shim Ho-seop requested, “It is necessary to establish bus routes within the industrial complex to improve workers’ accessibility to the complex,” and asked for “active administrative support such as expedited permit processing.”

Vice Mayor Jo Il-gyo stated, “We will seek solutions to the difficulties faced by companies to support the growth and development of the industrial complexes that will be responsible for Asan’s future,” and added, “We will do our best to improve workers’ residential conditions through swift administrative processing.”

He continued, “From the 24th to the 28th, the ‘Art Valley Asan 63rd Seongung Yi Sun-sin Festival’ will be held throughout Asan City,” and urged, “We ask for active cooperation so that workers and their families from the Smart Valley General Industrial Complex can participate in large numbers.”
