'Hanwha Forena Ansan Gojan 2nd Phase' Sold Out Within a Week of Contract

Hanwha Construction Division announced on the 12th that 'Hanwha Forena Ansan Gojan 2nd Phase,' which was pre-sold last month, completed all sales within a week of the official contract period.

Hanwha Construction Division began contracts with the winners of Hanwha Forena Ansan Gojan 2nd Phase from March 31. All 472 households were successfully sold out as of the 7th of this month.

Located at 648 Gojan-dong, Danwon-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do, Hanwha Forena Ansan Gojan 2nd Phase is an apartment complex supplied through the reconstruction of Gojan Yeonrip 9 District. The competition rate for general supply subscription was 12.73 to 1.
