The Korea Exchange announced on the 11th that it held the 3rd Corporate Value-Up Advisory Group meeting.
The Corporate Value-Up Advisory Group plays an advisory role in the process of concretizing support measures for corporate value enhancement.
At the meeting, the Korea Capital Market Institute continued discussions on the revised and supplemented guidelines reflecting the results of the 2nd meeting. In particular, they reviewed proposals from listed companies gathered through the 'Representative Companies Meeting for Corporate Value-Up' held on the 4th.
Additionally, opinions were exchanged on the draft of the explanatory guide and frequently asked questions being prepared to support listed companies in drafting their corporate value enhancement plans. The meeting also discussed detailed directions for developing an integrated page to provide consolidated information on disclosures and investment indicators, as well as disclosure education, consulting, and English translation support measures to assist voluntary disclosures by listed companies.
A Korea Exchange official stated, "In the process of finalizing the guidelines, we plan to continuously incorporate and accommodate the opinions of various stakeholders, including the matters discussed today, to increase acceptance."
