Daebang Construction Opens Model House for ‘Busan Jang-an Dietre’

The model house for ‘Busan Jang-an District Dietre de Ocean’ is receiving great attention.

The model house, which opened on the 10th (Wednesday), attracted over 2,000 visitors in just one day. With even more visitors expected between the 12th (Friday) and 14th (Sunday), a positive outlook is anticipated for the sales success.

According to visitor A, who resides in Jeonggwan New Town, “Specialized designs such as the extra-wide living room, which is not seen in nearby areas, and the provision of spacious service areas stood out,” adding, “Especially, the Alpha Room in the 84㎡A exclusive area type and the south-facing 84㎡C type each have clear strengths, making it easy to choose according to personal preferences.”

The complex is located within walking distance of ‘Jwacheon Station (Donghae Line)’ and is expected to benefit from the creation of a double station area as part of the ‘Nopo-Jeonggwan Line (Phase 1) project (subject to preliminary feasibility study).’ Within walking distance are planned kindergartens, elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, ‘Shinsegae Busan Premium Outlets,’ and ‘Southeastern Nuclear Medicine Center.’ Within about a 10-minute drive by car, there are planned facilities such as the ‘Seoul National University Public Admission Treatment Center,’ the ‘Busan Power Semiconductor Specialized Complex (under development),’ ‘Jang-an General Industrial Complex,’ and ‘Jeonggwan General Industrial Complex,’ providing excellent conditions for living close to work.

The announcement date for the subscription conditions was the 5th (Friday). Subscription will be conducted on the Korea Real Estate Board’s subscription website, starting with special supply on the 15th (Monday), followed by first priority on the 16th (Tuesday), and second priority on the 17th (Wednesday). Anyone aged 19 or older residing in Busan, Ulsan, or Gyeongsangnam-do can apply. Depending on the case, those within the re-subscription restriction period (first priority lottery) and homeowners (excluding special supply) can also apply, and even non-household heads can apply (excluding special supply for elderly parents).

The sale price is set at a reasonable level, starting from the mid-13 million KRW per 3.3㎡, as the price ceiling system is applied amid soaring raw material costs. According to the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG)’s private apartment sale price trends, as of the end of February, the average sale price in Busan over the past year reached approximately 20.61 million KRW per 3.3㎡.

A model house official stated, “Between April 10th (Wednesday) and 14th (Sunday), many events such as gift giveaways (subject to early closure) are planned for visitors,” adding, “Various temporary contract benefits, including free construction of paid options, are also scheduled, so strong interest in sales is expected to continue.”

The model house is currently operating in Maehak-ri, Jeonggwan-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan Metropolitan City.
