Simmons differentiates its delivery service.
Simmons Bed recently announced on the 11th that it has introduced an 'Evening Delivery' service that allows dual-income couples and single-person household workers to receive their beds after work.
Previously, Simmons broke the stereotype that 'furniture delivery is slow' by providing fast delivery within 72 hours (on weekdays). It also offers differentiated delivery services such as scheduled delivery that matches the delivery date desired by consumers.
The newly introduced 'Evening Delivery' service is available every Wednesday from 6 PM to 10 PM in the Seoul metropolitan area including Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon, as well as major metropolitan cities and some regional hub cities.
Lee Jong-sung, Vice President of Simmons Production and Logistics Strategy Division, said, "Since the consumer's brand experience is maximized more during the process of someone entering their home to deliver and install the bed than when purchasing the product at the store, we are making every effort to enhance customer satisfaction."
Meanwhile, Simmons Bed operates its own direct delivery system. A dedicated delivery team of at least two people is formed, providing unified delivery and installation services nationwide with Simmons-exclusive vehicles.
