Com2uS to Absorb Subsidiary OL.M in a Merger... "Expected Expansion of Game Capabilities Including Platform"

Com2uS announced on the 9th that it will merge with its subsidiary, Allm.

The merger ratio is 1 to 0.0001296. The merger price per share was calculated as 92,858 KRW for Com2uS and 12 KRW for Allm, with 415 new shares issued in the merger.

The purpose of the merger is to strengthen and streamline business through the merger. Regarding the merger effect, Com2uS stated, "It will enhance the service capabilities of the games operated by Allm," and added, "Conversely, Com2uS will absorb Allm's PC game development and operation capabilities, which is expected to expand game capabilities across various platforms and genres to grow the game publishing business."

Founded in 2000, Allm is a mid-sized game company that developed games such as 'Lunia Chronicles', 'Kritika', and 'Dice of Legends'. Com2uS acquired Allm in 2021.
