POSCO E&C 'The Sharp Tangjeong Infinity City Phase 2' Launching This Month

POSCO E&C announced on the 9th that it plans to sell units of 'The Sharp Tangjeong Infinity City Phase 2' this month in Asan, Chungnam.

The Sharp Tangjeong Infinity City Phase 2 will be built on Block 3 of the Asan Tangjeong District urban development zone, consisting of 9 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 35 floors above ground, with a total of 1,214 households. Among these, 1,050 units will be available for general sale. The units are composed of 70㎡A with 560 households, 70㎡B with 154 households, 70㎡C with 60 households, 84㎡A with 188 households, 84㎡B with 126 households, and 84㎡C with 126 households. Together with the Phase 1 complex (Block 4) sold in January, a total of 2,354 households will form a branded town.

The Asan Tangjeong District urban development zone, where the complex is located, covers approximately 536,900㎡ in the Galsan-ri and Maegok-ri areas, and a residential area of about 4,300 households including The Sharp brand town will be developed. Urban infrastructure facilities such as green spaces and public offices for residents will also be constructed.

It is convenient to use Tangjeong Station on Subway Line 1, and nearby Cheonan Asan Station provides access to high-speed trains such as KTX and SRT, enabling fast travel across the country. The proximity to Isunsin-daero and the Dangjin-Cheongju Expressway also enhances road traffic convenience. In January, Asan City was included in the extension plan of the GTX (Great Train Express) Line C in the metropolitan area.

Regarding the educational environment, Tangjeong 8 Elementary School (tentative name), scheduled to open in March 2027 within the urban development zone, has passed the Ministry of Education's central investment review committee, confirming its establishment. Kindergartens and middle schools will also be located within walking distance from the complex.

Additionally, residents can conveniently use nearby facilities around Tangjeong Station and Cheonan Asan Station, such as Moda Outlet, E-Mart, CGV, Galleria Department Store, and E-Mart Traders. The nearby Gokgyocheon Stream flows close by, and the urban development zone includes a planned neighborhood park, as well as Yonggok Park and Jisan Park, providing a pleasant residential environment.

The complex will feature 'antibacterial yellow soil ducts,' and UV-C LED sterilization lighting will be installed inside elevators to eliminate fine viruses and bacteria. The smart home service 'AiQ TECH' allows residents to control lighting, heating, gas shutoff, and ventilation remotely. Charging outlets for electric vehicles with billing functions will also be additionally installed on parking lot pillars.

A sales representative stated, "The Sharp Tangjeong Infinity City Phase 2 is a follow-up complex that continues the premium of the Phase 1 complex, which sold out quickly with over 30,000 applicants at the beginning of the year, and interest is high even before sales begin.
