Yoon-seok Lee, the candidate for Mokpo City National Assembly, issued his final statement on the 9th, one day before the voting day, and continued his election campaign.

In the statement, Candidate Lee promised, "I will immediately return to the Democratic Party upon election and take the lead in restoring democracy," and pledged, "I will definitely bring back the administration in the next presidential election."

He continued, "I will open the era of the Mokpo Metropolitan City by integrating Mokpo, Sinan, and Muan, and drive revolutionary development in Mokpo through projects such as the Mokpo Outer Ring Expressway, Mokpo Seonchang Bridge, the Special Act for the Renewable Energy Specialized Complex, attracting Samsung Semiconductor, and creating a marine and fisheries industrial complex," reaffirming his pledges.

In conclusion, he said, "The voting day on the 10th is the day to end four years of incompetence and redesign the future of Mokpo," and urged, "Yoon-seok Lee will stand with the citizens. Please make sure to vote."

Meanwhile, preliminary candidate Yoon-seok Lee is a two-term National Assembly member who served in the 18th and 19th National Assembly, and has also served three terms as a member of the Jeonnam Provincial Assembly, as its chairman, and as a university president.

In this year's general election, he declared his candidacy for the Mokpo City electoral district and is challenging for a third term as a National Assembly member under the banner of "the era of Mokpo Metropolitan City through the integration of Mokpo, Sinan, and Muan."
