Committee 1st Meeting... Schedule Confirmed and Park Golf Adopted as Official Event
This year, the Cheonan Citizens' Unity Sports Festival will be held on October 26.
The Cheonan Sports Council held the first meeting of the Cheonan Citizens' Unity Sports Festival Committee on the 8th in the council's conference room, where they reviewed and approved agenda items including the festival date, subsidies for eup, myeon, and dong districts, participant eligibility, the schedule for preliminary matches, and the official adoption of park golf as an event.
Han Namgyo, president of the Sports Council, stated, "This event will be vibrantly prepared as a grand festival of unity for 700,000 citizens, blending sports and culture," adding, "It will also serve as an opportunity to enhance the image of Cheonan as a sports city by expanding the base of community sports."
