HL D&I Halla Unveils New Residential Brand 'Epite'

The Second Change Following the Company Name Change

HL D&I Hanla unveiled its new residential brand 'EFETE' on the 8th. It is a new brand that will replace Hanla VIVALDI, the representative residential brand for 27 years.

HL D&I Hanla plans to launch a new brand advertisement (TVC) in May and apply the new brand to various residential buildings such as apartments in Icheon Bubal, premium residential-commercial complexes, and officetels.


EFETE means ‘Everyone’s Favorite, Complete,’ signifying ‘a perfect apartment preferred by everyone.’ The EFETE brand philosophy is ‘Brilliant Prestige, the completion of a radiant life.’ HL D&I Hanla will introduce more comfortable and convenient living spaces by adding smart technology on top of ‘comfort,’ ‘safety,’ and ‘durability.’


Since changing its name in 2022, HL D&I Hanla has continued its transformation by unveiling the new residential brand 'EFETE.' As of 2023, sales reached 1.572 trillion KRW, a 6.8% increase compared to the previous year. Operating profit was 50.7 billion KRW, exceeding market expectations, and net profit also rose 22% year-on-year to 30.7 billion KRW.


In particular, HL D&I Hanla’s cash flow from operating activities turned positive, increasing by 45.2 billion KRW year-on-year to 30.5 billion KRW. Cash flow from investing activities also increased by 58.6 billion KRW compared to the previous year. This was the result of swiftly recovering high-quality investment assets such as Korea Asset Valuation and Airrain.


An HL D&I Hanla representative stated, “Through the launch of the new brand, we will do our best to uphold the essential value of our business and establish ourselves as a beloved brand by providing customers with better living spaces.”
