Toss Securities announced on the 4th that more than 1.3 million customers visit the 'community' every month, where individual investors actively exchange information and engage in discussions. Toss Securities is a subsidiary of Viva Republica, which operates the financial application (app) 'Toss,' and began customer services in March 2021.

The monthly active users (MAU) of the Toss Securities community have doubled compared to the previous year and have steadily increased since its launch in June 2021. As of the end of this month, the number of posts created daily has increased sixfold compared to last year, reaching 120,000 (as of the end of March).

Looking at the age distribution of users in the Toss Securities community, people in their 20s accounted for the largest share at 31.2%. This was followed by △30s at 24.2%, and △40s at 23.4%.

Male users accounted for 62.7%, while female users made up 32.3%, indicating a relatively higher number of male users.

The stock community with the most posts since the beginning of the year (domestic and overseas combined) was 'Intuitive Machines.' Following that, 'NVIDIA' ranked second, and 'Shinsung Delta Tech' took third place.

In the case of Intuitive Machines, an average of 10,347 posts per day were uploaded in February, with various opinions exchanged amid a sharp rise in stock prices.

The Toss Securities community has introduced safeguards to protect investors and foster a healthy discussion culture.

First, 75% of customers active within the Toss Securities community carry shareholder verification badges. Posts such as trade reviews and polls account for 20% of the total posts.

Users who write informative posts and positively influence participants are given the title of 'Ambassador.'

A real-time monitoring system operates a 'bad post detection logic' 24 hours a day. At the moment a user uploads a post, classification through an algorithm is performed, and dedicated personnel from TossCX, a specialized counseling affiliate, monitor the community.
