The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education is implementing school-centered administration by organizing and providing guidelines for work procedures in line with changes in regulations and procedures related to facility projects.
On the 4th, the Office announced that it has published the "Private School Facility Project Management Work Guidelines," which organizes regulations and work procedures to alleviate difficulties faced by private schools due to changing regulations and work procedures related to facility construction.
The main contents include ▲ explanations of facility project work procedures ▲ information on school facility management ▲ details and examples of service and construction contracts ▲ and an appendix including various facility project forms.
The Office has enhanced usability by providing the work guidelines through various digital media such as the integrated data room on the main website, Nuri Jobji (webzine) which allows direct access to necessary forms, and the Gyeonggi Education e-book website.
Kim In-jong, head of the Private School Support Division at the Office, stated, "Through the Private School Facility Project Management Work Guidelines, anyone can easily and quickly find regulations, procedures, and forms and apply them to their work," adding, "We will continue to support by strengthening the practical work capabilities of not only public but also private school staff."
