Support for Riders Needing Assistance Due to Delivery Process Damage

Woowa Brothers, the logistics service provider for Baedal Minjok, announced on the 3rd that they have opened the 'Rider Legal Support Center,' where riders can receive legal advice if they encounter unexpected disputes or difficulties during the delivery process.


The Rider Legal Support Center was established to help Baemin Connect riders resolve their legal concerns. If riders need assistance due to situations such as threats, verbal abuse, assault, or sexual harassment during delivery, they can contact the Baemin Connect Support Center to receive detailed legal guidance.

Woowa Brothers has been providing various support measures to protect Baedal Minjok riders from harm during deliveries and to prevent further damage. These include ▲immediate removal from the scene and guidance when a harmful situation occurs ▲company coverage of food costs during delivery ▲immediate cancellation of dispatch ▲provision of response guides for verbal abuse, assault, and sexual harassment ▲psychological care programs ▲and the Woowa Rider Care Fund.


A Woowa Brothers representative stated, “As Baedal Minjok prioritizes rider safety above all, we will do our best not only to provide legal support but also to protect riders as much as possible from various harms that may occur during the delivery process.”
