"Don't Stop Us" Repeated Requests to the Police
At a campaign rally for the People Power Party candidate, insults directed at Han Dong-hoon, the party's Emergency Response Committee Chairman, erupted. When the police tried to intervene, Han Dong-hoon was seen stopping them.

On the 2nd, Chairman Han conducted campaign support activities for candidates Jo Su-yeon (Seo-gu Gap) and Yang Hong-gyu (Seo-gu Eul) in front of Galleria Timeworld in Dunsan-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon. While Han was on stage delivering a support speech and introducing the candidates, someone in the crowd shouted insults such as "Han Dong-hoon, you son of a b****." Police officers stationed at the scene approached the disruptive individual to stop him, but Chairman Han stopped the police.

In the video capturing the incident, Han said, "You don't have to stop them. Just let them shout." When the same situation repeated shortly after, Han said, "Don't stop them. Just tell them to talk," "It's okay, it's okay. Don't push," and "Officer, please don't stop them."
Meanwhile, on the same day, Chairman Han visited the Chungcheong region to target the central voter base. Seemingly aware that the 'government judgment theory' had higher public opinion than the 'government support theory,' he lowered himself considerably during the Chungcheong campaign and appealed, "Please give me a chance to work." He said, "There are many shortcomings in the government and ruling party, but please consider what the government has done so far," citing achievements over the past two years such as the full restoration of Korea-US-Japan cooperation, restoration of the nuclear power ecosystem, and reform of 'construction violence' at construction sites. He emphasized, "This election is about whether the government and ruling party can continue in this direction or not." Chairman Han appealed repeatedly to supporters and candidates, saying, "If you say there are shortcomings, I will step forward without hesitation and solve them. If you say communication is lacking, I am here. I will sacrifice myself without sleep to communicate." He urged, "Now is the time to unite to survive and scatter to perish. It is not me who will die, but our Republic of Korea."
