"Push for 'White Discrimination Ban Act' if Trump Wins"

Former U.S. President Donald Trump is expected to change the 'Anti-Racial Discrimination Act' to the 'Anti-White Discrimination Act' if he wins the U.S. presidential election this November, according to the American online media Axios on the 1st (local time).

According to the media, if former President Trump returns to power, the Department of Justice plans to promote policies that abolish or overturn government and corporate programs that prevent white favoritism.

This is being led by his close aides, including Steven Miller, who served as a senior White House advisor during Trump's previous administration. They have been laying the legal groundwork for this through lawsuits and are reported to have already achieved some success. Steven Miller, an anti-immigration and white nationalist, founded and operates the conservative group America First Legal (AFL). AFL has continuously advocated for 'prohibition of discrimination against whites' and has also filed lawsuits.

The conservative think tank Heritage Foundation is also planning to actively end affirmative action through the '2025 Project,' which includes Trump's campaign promises. This is led by Gene Hamilton, a former Department of Justice official during the Trump administration and legal counsel for AFL. He argues, "Promoting the interests of certain sectors in American society comes at the expense of other Americans" and that "in almost all cases, this violates federal law."

Axios pointed out that this conservative movement has gained momentum due to the Supreme Court's rightward shift, including last June's ruling declaring affirmative action in college admissions unconstitutional.

Steven Cheung, spokesperson for former President Trump's campaign, stated that President Trump's promise is to root out discriminatory programs and racist ideologies throughout the federal government. Cheung emphasized, "All staff, offices, and initiatives associated with President Biden's un-American policies will be immediately terminated."
