Premium Cosmetic Brand Distribution Planned Centered on Department Stores and Large Mart Chains
Demide Global Inc. announced on the 10th that it has signed an exclusive partnership agreement with TK Logistic Systems Company Limited, a major distributor in Thailand.
The contract period is three years until March 2027, and it is a binding Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) recognizing exclusive rights for mutual exclusive distribution and sales within seven Southeast Asian countries (Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, India).
On the 5th, Demide Global also signed a similar exclusive distribution and sales rights agreement with BenTee Clothing Inc. for channels including large marts in the US and Mexican markets.
Demide Global, a premium cosmetic manufacturing and distribution specialized global company, plans to supply premium cosmetic products that are harmless to the skin across all fields from ingredients to production, packaging, and distribution in Southeast Asia through this contract.
Demide Global’s premium cosmetic brand, LeDifer, is the industry’s first cosmetic product line composed of more than 60% natural ingredients. It has been recognized for its efficacy by obtaining patents for cell regeneration and hair loss improvement effects and receiving a full 5-star rating from Dermatest, Europe’s top certification body. In particular, premium oriental shampoo, hair pack, and hair oil products containing the patented Silk Fibroin ingredient, which won the gold medal at the Geneva International Invention Exhibition, Switzerland, were all sold out up to the 6th limited sale in Korea.
Additionally, Demide Global selected Lee Je-hoon, a Korean global actor famous for the dramas “Signal” and “Taxi Driver” series and the 2023 SBS Drama Awards winner, as the official ambassador for the LeDifer brand. Actor Lee Je-hoon, who was officially appointed as the brand ambassador, participated in the “Yes! Korea Travel” event hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism held in Bangkok, Thailand, where he conducted a talk show. Immediately after the event, he joined the signing of the exclusive partnership agreement with Thailand’s TK Logistic Systems as the LeDifer brand ambassador. The partnership signing was also graced by Sawarin Sribunma - Ttu, a Thai beauty YouTuber with 1 million views and the number one influencer for two consecutive years, who is a collaboration partner of TK Logistic Systems.
