Samsung Electronics Washing Machines and Dryers Praised by Overseas Media as "Smart with AI and Smart Features"

Samsung Electronics' washing machines and dryers have been rated as the best products by major review media in the United States and the United Kingdom.

US-based CBS News selected Samsung Electronics' Bespoke drum washing machine as the "Best Washing Machine of 2024" after expert evaluations and testing. The product features a large capacity, a quick wash function that completes washing in 28 minutes, and an automatic detergent dispenser. CBS described this product as "smart and efficient with AI-based features" compared to the latest washing machines.

CBS also named Samsung dryers as the "best products." Among the best dryers selected in eight different categories, Samsung dryers were chosen in three categories.

The US lifestyle media outlet Good Housekeeping comprehensively evaluated washing machine products based on washing performance and energy consumption, and rated the Samsung Bespoke drum washing machine as the "Best Smart Washing Machine." It highlighted the "AI customized washing" feature that detects fabric type and degree of dirtiness on its own, and mentioned the user-friendly product’s remote control and washing completion notification using SmartThings.

The US interior media Housebeautiful also rated Samsung as the top brand for both washing machines and dryers. It cited industry-leading large capacity, excellent space efficiency, and vibration noise reduction features as strengths.

Excellent evaluations were also made in the United Kingdom. The product review media Expert Reviews selected the "Samsung Series 6 Dryer" as one of the top three dryers. The media praised it highly, mentioning its A+++ energy rating and stating that it "provides an efficient laundry experience with outstanding energy efficiency, luxurious design, and smart features."

The UK’s well-known consumer media Which gave high praise to Samsung’s washing machines and dryers and even recommended purchasing them. They cited reasonable prices, energy efficiency, and convenient usability as reasons. Among 13 best deals, five Samsung dryer products were selected.
