Yoon: "May Easter Be a Time to Practice Jesus' Love for Humanity"

President Yoon Suk-yeol sent a congratulatory message on Easter Sunday, the 31st.

On that day, President Yoon posted on Facebook, "I hope this Easter will be a time to reflect on and practice Jesus' love for humanity."

During Easter in 2022, President Yoon, then president-elect, attended the Korean Church Easter joint worship service held at Yoido Full Gospel Church.

Last Easter as well, President Yoon attended the Korean Church Easter joint worship service held at Yeongnak Church in Jung-gu, Seoul, together with First Lady Kim Keon-hee.

At last year's service, President Yoon stated, "Our constitutional spirit of liberal democracy, as well as the institutions and order of our society, are contained in the words of the Bible," adding, "Protecting the constitutional spirit well so that lies and corruption against truth and reality cannot threaten our liberal democracy is the way to practice God's teachings."
