On the same day, in front of Iksan Station in Jeonbuk, Jo responded to a question asking, "What do you think about the ruling party forming the Lee-Jo Judgment Special Committee to eliminate the political forces allied between Lee Jae-myung, leader of the Democratic Party, and Jo Guk, leader of the Jo Guk Innovation Party, the day before?"

Jo said, "Neither Leader Lee nor Jo Guk would fall for such division tactics," adding, "We proposed the 'Han Dong-hoon Special Prosecutor Act' as our first bill, and after the general election, we will consult with the Democratic Party to introduce it as soon as possible." He further added, "Chairman Han should not be sowing discord now but should quickly hire a lawyer and seek consultation to prepare for his own investigation."

Jo reiterated his position to strive for policy cooperation with the Democratic Party on that day.

He explained, "We are a small party, but to realize the bills we pursue, we must cooperate with the Democratic Party," and added, "It is not just about verbally allying and consulting with the Democratic Party, but actual cooperation is necessary to achieve the goals of the Jo Guk Innovation Party." He continued, "We intend to proceed with a humble attitude," emphasizing, "I would like to once again state that the alliance between the Jo Guk Innovation Party and the Democratic Party will not be broken in the future."
