Park Woo-ryang, Shinan County Governor, Holds Meeting with Civil Servants in Charge of Civil Complaints

For High Satisfaction Administrative Services, "Let's Make Myself Happy"

On the 27th, Park Woo-ryang, the mayor of Shinan County, had a meaningful conversation with civil servants in charge of civil complaints to provide administrative services with high satisfaction to the residents.


According to the county on the 29th, the meeting was attended by the head of the Civil Service Department and officials responsible for permits, where they shared opinions on difficulties and grievances encountered during work processing, and sought ways to respond to malicious complaints and provide highly satisfactory administrative services.

Mayor Park Woo-ryang said, “There may be difficult situations due to malicious complaints, but if you think of yourself as the face of Shinan County and approach the complainants with a little more kindness, they will respond with kindness as well. Just as a smile in the heart brings a smile to the face, I will do my best to find your happiness in the future.”


Meanwhile, Shinan County plans to hold quarterly meetings with civil complaint officers to improve administrative services.
