Heo Jin-young, CEO of Pearl Abyss, revealed future plans including the issuance of the Black Desert license in China.
At the regular shareholders' meeting held on the 29th, CEO Heo stated, "This year, while further strengthening live services, we will thoroughly prepare for the successful launch of upcoming new titles," adding, "We expect the issuance of the Black Desert license in China and are planning user demonstrations for Crimson Desert, so we will prepare to achieve good results."
He also said, "This year, we will strive to meet expectations by gradually improving performance through the sequential release of new titles we have been preparing with our subsidiaries, including various new works utilizing the EVE intellectual property (IP)."
At the shareholders' meeting, all seven agenda items were approved as originally proposed, including ▲approval of financial statements and consolidated financial statements ▲partial amendment of the articles of incorporation ▲appointment of outside directors ▲appointment of auditors ▲approval of stock option grants ▲approval of the limit on directors' and auditors' remuneration.
