Election Campaign at Yesan Station Market

Hongseong·Yesan Kang Seung-gyu "Completing the People Power Puzzle" vs Yang Seung-jo "Judging the Yoon Seok-yeol Administration"

On the 28th, the official election campaign for the 22nd National Assembly began, and fierce campaigning started in the Hongseong-gun and Yesan-gun electoral district, the largest battleground in the Chungnam region.

Kang Seung-gyu, the candidate from the People Power Party, appealed for support at Yesan Station Market that morning.

Rising onto the campaign vehicle, Kang said, "President Yoon Seok-yeol was elected in the last presidential election, and I became the Chief of Staff at the Presidential Office thanks to your overwhelming support."

He added, "With the governor, county head, and provincial council members all belonging to the People Power Party, if a blue color interferes here, the region cannot develop. If you choose me, the puzzle for regional development will be perfectly completed," emphasizing his point.

Candidate Yang Seung-jo visited Yesan Station Market in the afternoon, highlighting the achievements of the Chungnam provincial government and calling for judgment against the Yoon Seok-yeol administration while appealing for support.

Yang said, "The farmers and fishermen allowance, free bus fare policy for seniors aged 75, and the nation's first free high school education are achievements we have accomplished together over the past four years," and emphasized, "If elected this time, I will swiftly resolve current issues with the power of a five-term National Assembly member."

He raised his voice, saying, "We must judge the Yoon Seok-yeol administration that cuts taxes for the rich and ignores the suffering of the common people," and "Let us work together to change this society and create a new history."
