GS Construction will launch the sale of 'Munhwa Xi SK VIEW,' a complex of 1,746 households in Daejeon, in April in partnership with SK Ecoplant.

'Munhwa Xi SK VIEW' is an apartment complex supplied through the redevelopment of Munhwa 8 District in Munhwa-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon, by a consortium of GS Construction and SK Ecoplant. It will be built with 19 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 34 floors above ground, comprising 1,746 households with exclusive areas of 39 to 123㎡. Of these, 1,207 units with exclusive areas of 52 to 84㎡ will be available for general sale. Move-in is scheduled for the second half of 2027.

Munhwa Xi SK VIEW stands out for its excellent educational environment, abundant living infrastructure, convenient transportation conditions, and specialized community facilities. Dongmun Elementary School is about a 5-minute walk from the complex, and prestigious schools such as Geulkkot Middle School and Dongsan High School are located about 10 minutes away by public transportation. Within a 2 km radius, there are 13 elementary, middle, and high schools, and Hanbat Library, the largest public library in Daejeon, is close to the complex.

Near the complex, National Road No. 4 and Yudeung-ro provide convenient access not only to downtown Daejeon but also nationwide, and KTX Seodaejeon Station is about a 5-minute drive away. Neighborhood facilities such as Costco, Homeplus, and Hanaro Mart are about a 6-minute drive away, and Chungnam National University Hospital, the largest tertiary general hospital in the Chungcheong region, is also located nearby.
