Prime Minister Han Duck-soo reported assets worth approximately 8.3 billion KRW. Due to changes in real estate prices, the amount decreased by about 200 million KRW compared to the previous year.


According to the "2024 Public Officials' Regular Asset Changes" published in the official gazette by the Government Ethics Committee on the 28th, Prime Minister Han reported assets totaling 8,311,140,000 KRW.


Han owns a detached house in Jongno-gu, Seoul under his name (2.46 billion KRW) and forest land in Namdong-gu, Incheon under his spouse's name (69.82 million KRW).


The detached house's value decreased by 291 million KRW compared to the previous year due to price fluctuations.


The largest portion of the reported assets was deposits, totaling 5,526,650,000 KRW. Deposits under his name amounted to 3,315,680,000 KRW, and under his spouse's name, 2,210,970,000 KRW.


Due to salary savings, interest from savings and deposits, and reinvestment after maturity of existing deposits, the deposit assets increased by nearly 200 million KRW over the year.


Additionally, Prime Minister Han reported 241,500,000 KRW in condominium, golf, and health club memberships under his name, and golf memberships under his spouse's name.


The total assets decreased by approximately 206,170,000 KRW compared to the previous year. Although deposits increased, the decline in real estate prices affected the overall value.

Chief of the Office for Government Policy Coordination Bang Ki-seon reported assets of 5,081,460,000 KRW, an increase of 322,480,000 KRW over one year.


The largest portion was real estate assets. He reported ownership of an apartment in Gangnam-gu, Seoul (1.574 billion KRW) and a building under his spouse's name (2.638 billion KRW), totaling 4,335,020,000 KRW.


Deposits held by himself, his spouse, eldest son, and eldest daughter totaled 282,150,000 KRW. Additionally, there were bonds worth 1,268,630,000,000 KRW and debts of 846,950,000 KRW.


His mother, who maintains an independent livelihood, refused to disclose her assets.


Deputy Minister Park Gu-yeon reported assets totaling 282,920,000 KRW, including real estate worth 258,000,000 KRW such as an apartment in Paju, deposits of 174,910,000 KRW, and debts of 179,840,000 KRW. Also, Deputy Minister Lee Jeong-won reported assets of 841,380,000 KRW, down 30 million KRW from the previous year.


Secretary Son Young-taek of the Prime Minister's Office reported total assets of 1,410,400,000 KRW, including real estate such as a multi-family house in Seocho-gu, Seoul jointly owned with his spouse, valued at 1,446,000,000 KRW, along with bonds and debts. This was an increase of 105,360,000 KRW compared to the previous year.


Public Relations Officer Kim Su-hye of the Prime Minister's Office reported assets of 831,270,000 KRW, a decrease of about 1.2 billion KRW over one year due to significant reductions in real estate and stock assets.
