Kakao Pay and Alipay+ 'Euro 2024' Ticket Event

Kakao Pay announced on the 27th that it will start a large-scale ticket giveaway event in collaboration with official sponsor Alipay Plus to celebrate the 17th International Football Championship, 'Euro 2024'. Euro 2024 will be held from June 14 to July 14.

This event is divided into Away Support and Home Support categories. Ten winners of the Away Support event will receive tickets to the Euro 2024 final and 2 million Kakao Pay Points (P). Additionally, 55 winners will receive tickets to the semifinals and 300,000 Kakao Pay Points. Participants can enter the event by using Kakao Pay payment services and collecting 12 stamps. Using the Kakao Pay application increases the chances of winning.

The Home Support event allows participation by solving quizzes presented by Kakao Pay. Various prizes are available, including Hana Tour travel vouchers worth 2 million KRW, 1 million Kakao Pay Points, and BBQ Golden Olive boneless chicken.

Kakao Pay is a key partner of Alipay Plus, the official partner of Euro 2024. Through this collaboration, Kakao Pay payment services can be used throughout Europe, including stadiums. Among the Euro 2024 participating countries, 17 countries including Germany, the United Kingdom, France, and Italy are linked with Kakao Pay payment services. In particular, core merchants have been opened and promotions are being conducted in France and Italy.
