Exchange to Hold KONEX-KOSDAQ Transfer Listing Briefing on the 3rd of Next Month

Guidance on the 'Ijeonsangjang Consulting Program' and More

The Korea Exchange announced on the 27th that it will hold an explanation session on transferring listings to KOSDAQ for KONEX-listed companies on the 3rd of next month.

The session will be held on April 3rd from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Korea Exchange Conference Hall on the 1st floor in Yeouido, Seoul. Any KONEX companies and related practitioners interested in transferring listings can attend without a separate application.

During the session, there will be explanations of the transfer listing track and review cases, guidance on the transfer listing consulting program, introduction of successful companies that transferred listings, and a Q&A session.

In particular, the transfer listing consulting program introduced as part of the KONEX revitalization plan in 2022 has provided consulting to a total of 20 companies to date. It offers one-on-one customized advice on management transparency and business continuity to KONEX companies preparing for KOSDAQ listing.

The Exchange will accept applications for the transfer listing consulting program from April 8th to 19th and plans to select and notify around 12 companies on April 26th.
