Ministry of SMEs and Startups Discovers 5 New Win-Win Growth Excellence Models

Selection of the 2nd Term 'Win-Win Honors'

Five collaborative growth activities between large and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) have been selected as the 2nd term 'Win-Win Honors.' Win-Win Honors recognize excellent cases of 'mutually beneficial collaborative growth activities' where large corporations and public institutions form one team with SMEs to gain mutual benefits.


The Ministry of SMEs and Startups announced on the 27th that it held the '2nd Term Win-Win Honors Commemorative Plaque Award Ceremony' and presented commemorative plaques to the selected large corporations, public institutions, and their representative partner SMEs.

The five selected cases this time are ▲POSCO International - InnoBack ▲Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation - Bok-eul Mandeuneun Saramdeul ▲Lotte Home Shopping - Winist ▲Korea Mine Rehabilitation and Mineral Resources Corporation - NextOn ▲Incheon Port Authority - Next ENM & CKU.


Companies and institutions selected for Win-Win Honors receive various benefits such as preferential treatment in collaborative growth evaluations, issuance of preferential immigration cards, exemption from regular surveys on consignment transactions for two years, preferential treatment for government awards related to collaborative growth, and the awarding of commemorative plaques.


Oh Ki-woong, Vice Minister of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, said, "'Win-Win Honors' is not a one-way coexistence where large companies unilaterally support and give to smaller companies, but a culture of 'cooperation and partnership' between large and small-to-medium enterprises firmly established as a corporate culture for mutual growth."
