The morning low temperature is forecast to be between 0 and 7 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 13 and 19 degrees Celsius. Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.

High waves caused by swell may overflow rocky shores or breakwaters along the east coast of Gangwon, the coastal areas of Gyeongsang Province, and Jeju Island, so caution is advised for coastal safety and facility management.

Sea waves are expected to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea and South Sea nearshore waters, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea nearshore waters. In the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are predicted to be 1.0 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the South Sea.
