Additionally, on the 25th, the district signed a business agreement with the Aviation Job Support Center to expand employment opportunities in the aviation sector for local residents.

The Aviation Job Support Center is a specialized employment support institution jointly operated by four organizations: the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Korea Aviation Association, Incheon International Airport Corporation, and Korea Airports Corporation.

Mayor Jin Gyo-hoon said, "We hope that Gangseo-gu will establish itself as a hub for aviation job employment based on this agreement," adding, "We will discover and support various employment support programs such as hosting job fairs and linking internships to ensure the process from providing recruitment information to actual employment."

Meanwhile, the district is preparing a job fair linked with the local community, leveraging its geographical characteristics where Gimpo Airport, the gateway to Seoul, and the Magok district, home to about 200 companies, are located. The fair will be held on June 26 at Seoul Startup Hub M+.
