Gwangjin-gu Family Center Hosts, First-Come-First-Served Registration Until March 26

Gwangjin-gu (District Mayor Kim Kyung-ho) will operate a 'Pre-Marriage Couple Class' for 15 couples who are about to get married or want to enhance their understanding of married life on the 30th.

Hosted by the Gwangjin-gu Family Center, the 'Pre-Marriage Couple Class' is designed to help couples learn healthy communication methods to understand each other, prevent potential problems in married life, and plan a happy future.

Couples who participated last year shared their feedback, saying, "It was a valuable time to consider the other's perspective based on behavior type tests," and "It was an essential course to learn communication methods for resolving conflicts and building a mature family."

This year, 15 couples living, working, or studying in Seoul will be recruited on a first-come, first-served basis until March 26. The education venue is the Gwangjin-gu Lifelong Learning Center (Jayang-ro 15-gil 60).

The 3-hour course is divided into two sessions: ▲ Understanding each other's differences through the behavior type test (DISC) ▲ Happy couple communication methods.

Kim Kyung-ho, Mayor of Gwangjin-gu, said, "Marriage begins with recognizing differences and considering your partner," adding, "I hope this education will provide an opportunity for engaged couples to learn the true meaning of communication and build healthy families."
