Husentec Decides on Third-Party Allocation Paid-in Capital Increase to Raise 2.5 Billion KRW

KOSDAQ-listed company Husentec announced on the 25th that it has decided to raise 2.5 billion KRW through a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase to secure operating funds.

New shares totaling 8,064,520 common shares will be issued at 310 KRW per share. The third-party allotment recipient is Keunsol (major shareholder, 8,064,520 shares).
