Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City announced on the 25th that it was selected as the top district among the five autonomous districts in Gwangju Metropolitan City's shared property management evaluation.
Based on 2023, the city evaluated 16 items across 7 categories including ▲property management status ▲leasing performance ▲imposition and collection of compensation fees ▲sales performance ▲efforts in shared property management for the five autonomous districts. Gwangsan-gu received the highest score with a total of 93 points.
Gwangsan-gu made efforts to preserve property rights and increase non-tax revenue by conducting on-site investigations of shared properties and imposing compensation fees on unauthorized occupants and users for purposes other than intended, achieving a 100% collection rate.
It increased resident satisfaction through proactive administration by operating a ‘Visiting Shared Property Field Support Center’ for rural areas with many elderly residents.
It also worked hard on efficient shared property management by promoting the sale of ‘unsuitable for preservation’ leftover properties.
According to this evaluation result, Gwangsan-gu will receive benefits such as a 30% attribution rate of sales proceeds and a shared property management subsidy of 15 million won when selling shared properties this year.
