Kakao Enterprise Renames AI Contact Center Service to 'CenterFlow'

Kakao Enterprise announced on the 25th that it will change the service name of its AI contact center platform based on Kakao Cloud to 'CenterFlow.'

This change reflects the meaning that CenterFlow aims to place 'people at the center' and pursue a smooth and flexible workflow. The intention is to make it easier and more intuitive for companies and institutions using AI contact centers to recognize the platform as an AI contact center platform.

CenterFlow is a subscription-based AI contact center platform that requires no separate server or equipment installation. It incorporates AI technologies such as Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Speech-to-Text (STT), intelligent search, and recommendation solutions. Key AI features include a conversational phone voice bot that helps significantly reduce simple repetitive tasks for agents, and an AI assistant that supports fast and efficient consultation processing and management. Additionally, the customer response process is carried out through collaboration between the AI agent (phone voice bot) and human agents using these two functions.
