LG Electronics donated 'LG Tiiun Mini' to the child welfare organization Green Umbrella.
On the 22nd, LG Electronics held a donation ceremony at the Green Umbrella headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul, providing 3,000 units of the plant lifestyle appliance LG Tiiun Mini, the company announced on the 25th. The event was attended by Shin Sang-yoon, CEO of LG Electronics Sprout Company, Lee Hyang-eun, CX head of the H&A Business Division, and Lee Soo-kyung, vice chairman of Green Umbrella.

LG Electronics and Green Umbrella will run the 'Spring, Growing Green' campaign starting from the 3rd of next month, giving the donated Tiiun Mini to sponsors who begin regular support.
The LG Tiiun Mini is a new-concept plant lifestyle appliance that allows easy plant cultivation by simply attaching a seed kit, adding water and nutrients, and turning on the LED light.
Lee Soo-kyung, vice chairman of Green Umbrella, said, "It is meaningful to be able to promote a culture of donation for children together with LG Electronics," adding, "We will continue to share the value of giving and strive to create a world where children are happy."
Shin Sang-yoon, CEO of LG Electronics Sprout Company, said, "I am glad to participate in activities that nurture children's hopes, just like Tiiun's brand slogan 'Sprouting a New Life,'" and added, "We will support children to grow happily and nurture their dreams."
