Blade Ent (Blade Entertainment) announced on the 22nd that the submission of its audit report is delayed due to the delayed receipt of audit reports from its consolidated subsidiaries.
Blade Ent’s consolidated subsidiary, Gyeongnam Pharmaceutical, submitted its audit report around 6 PM on the 20th. Accordingly, Blade Ent inevitably applied for an extension of the audit report submission deadline as it required physical time to submit the necessary materials for the external audit. Gyeongnam Pharmaceutical also submitted its audit report one day after receiving the audit report from its subsidiary, Enter Partners.
A company representative stated, “Due to the shareholding structure among Enter Partners, Gyeongnam Pharmaceutical, and Blade Ent, it simply took physical time to receive the audit reports, and no other external factors influenced the delay,” adding, “We will disclose the audit report immediately upon receipt from the auditor.”
Blade Ent will hold its regular shareholders’ meeting at its headquarters in Jeungpyeong-gun, Chungbuk, on the 29th. The meeting will cover the approval of consolidated and separate financial statements, the appointment of auditors, and the approval of the remuneration limits for directors and auditors.
