Unicem Delays Submission of Audit Report "Disclosure Planned Immediately Upon Receipt"

Unicem announced on the 22nd that the submission of its audit report is delayed. According to the schedule of the shareholders' regular general meeting to be held on the 29th of this month, the audit report must be submitted by the 21st, one week before the meeting.

The company explained that additional time is required due to delays in the submission of materials from a subsidiary whose shares were sold at the end of last year.

An Unicem official stated, "The submission of the audit report has inevitably been delayed due to the additional time required caused by the delay in submitting materials from Unione, which was sold in December last year," and added, "We plan to disclose the report as soon as we receive it from the auditor."
