Machangmin, CEO of DL E&C, Reappointed as Inside Director

New Appointment of Hyunsik Yoon as Inside Director and Head of Management Division

Changmin Ma, CEO of DL E&C, was reappointed as an inside director.

On the 21st, DL E&C held its regular shareholders' meeting at D Tower in Jongno-gu, Seoul, and passed a resolution to reappoint CEO Changmin Ma as an inside director.

At the meeting, Hyunsik Yoon, Head of the Management Office, was newly appointed as an inside director. The term of office for all inside directors is three years.

For outside directors, Hwanyong Noh, Non-executive Director of LG Sangnok Foundation, Soyoung In, Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at KAIST, and Juhyun Namgung, Associate Professor at Sungkyunkwan University School of Law, were newly appointed.

CEO Ma stated regarding the business plans by division, "For the housing business, we will select and secure projects with verified profitability based on risk management and focus on cost management at ongoing sites to improve profits."

He added, "For the civil engineering business, we will pioneer new overseas markets with high growth potential and actively discover eco-friendly projects such as domestic transportation infrastructure, sewage modernization, and biogas. For the plant business, we will selectively secure projects with verified profitability and actively develop businesses in growth areas such as CCUS, hydrogen and ammonia, and secondary batteries."

At the meeting, resolutions were also passed on cash dividends and approval of financial statements. The year-end dividend is 500 KRW per common share, and the approved limit for directors' remuneration is 3 billion KRW.
