[2024 Housing Culture] Daewoo E&C to Unveil 'Prugio Edition 2025' Next Year

Daewoo E&C’s Prugio is a multi-family housing brand boasting the largest supply record in the private sector, based on the philosophy of ‘The Natural Nobility.’ Since its first introduction in 2021, Daewoo E&C has been quickly reflecting new residential trends and lifestyles in apartments through its seasonal product strategy platform, ‘Prugio Edition.’

‘Prugio Edition 2023,’ announced last year, reflects life trends that emphasize individual life, psychological stability, and daily inspiration. ‘Prugio Edition 2025,’ scheduled to be unveiled next year, is being developed with the initial concepts of ‘residences where nature can be fully felt’ and ‘nature with dignity and naturalness.’ Daewoo E&C plans to introduce community spaces for contemplation and relaxation surrounded by nature through the ultra-high-rise landmark ‘Blanc Summit 74,’ which will be supplied in Beomil-dong, Dong-gu, Busan.

‘45 Water Stay,’ a space connecting daily life, nature, and rest with added meditation functions, will be applied to the sky amenities of Blanc Summit 74. A Daewoo E&C official stated, “Along with the ultra-high-rise ocean view, it will enable healing and a healthy life in the daily lives of residents.”

Based on a more refined design concept and identity, Daewoo E&C plans to propose products that allow appreciation of high-quality nature not only for sale housing but also for redevelopment and reconstruction housing.

Daewoo E&C is selecting and developing strategic tasks to quickly respond to new residential types changing with social trends. The core development keywords are large spaces, private spaces, and differentiated spaces.

Daewoo E&C plans to provide differentiated products by separating and partitioning private and public spaces, noting that traditional residential spaces centered on the master bedroom mix private and public areas, but the trend of increasing residential area per person is becoming prominent.
