According to the electronic disclosure system, Chairman Yang bought 5,000 shares of KB Financial on the market at 77,000 KRW per share that day. The total purchase amount was 385 million KRW. The shares owned by Chairman Yang, including those in the employee stock ownership association member account, amount to 5,914 shares.
In this regard, a KB Financial official stated, "Amid the government-led 'Corporate Value-Up Program' aimed at resolving the Korea discount, the head of the country's largest financial group has expressed a firm commitment to enhancing shareholder value and practicing responsible management."
